NOW HIRING!Salmonberry School, on Orcas Island, WA, is currently seeking a preschool teacher for 2008-09 school year and beyond. Candidate should be experienced working with children age 3-6. Must be an enthusiastic, loving, dynamic teacher. Must have excellent communication skills with young children and adults. Must be prepared to get messy and excited to nurture young children’s natural curiosity and sense of wonder. Candidate should have some knowledge of progressive and holistic education and be willing to continue to study. Knowledge of and/or background in Waldorf methods preferred.
